Balance is important!
Balance comes in many forms.
We do our best to walk our talk.
If we say we are loving, kind and compassionate people, we do our best to live that.
There are times, however, that we are challenged. We are challenged by circumstances or people.
As one of my friends says “There are some people who could have turned Gandhi into a chain smoker.”
The video below is to balance the right and left hemispheres of the the brain. It balances the yin and yang and the male and female energies. It also balances the emotions.
