What can we do for impatience?
If you have a short amount of time, take at least 3 long, deep breaths.
The BEST breath meditation I have found is in the video below.
To signal the brain to relieve and release impatience, do this simple technique.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Form your mouth as if you were going to say the word “WHO”; like an owl.
You don’t vocalize the breath.
Allow it to gently release from your lungs, swirl around inside your mouth and pass through your lips.
Take your time with the inhalation of the breath.
Slowly exhale without releasing the breath all at once.
That’s it! Do this with your eyes open or if it is safe you do it with your eyes fully or partially closed.
