Meditation breath that is effortless and can be done just about anywhere.

A breath meditation based on the hours of the day.

 

Below is a video describing a breath technique that follows the hours and the flow of your day.

Breathe in through the nose for a slow count of 8; with the inhalation suspend  at the top of the breath for a count of 4.  Breathe out through the nose for a slow count of 8; suspend at the bottom of the breath for 4 and then repeat this until you feel complete.
